Big challenges often require a team approach. My long experience has brought me into contact with colleagues who can hit the ground running and help with large or complex projects. Specific people and resources I have used include:

AAFCPAs has provided my projects with accounting services for almost 10 years. I have used their contract fractional CFO services as well as others. My primary contact at AAFCPAs has been Terri Delaney. Terri has been able to step into projects on a short notice, fractional basis and has been consistently able to hit the ground running. Most recently, she jumped into a project for five months on a 50-25% FTE basis to help wind down a company.

Jon is an experienced life sciences executive that has taken multiple projects from concept to commercialization. His experience includes company formation, fundraising, strategic partnerships, M&A and business development across the life sciences. Recently we worked together on a market assessment in the sleep surgery space.
Chris is a University of Minnesota PhD level biomedical researcher and engineering manager. His experience includes doing customer interviews, managing product innovation and technical experience in atrial fibrillation, urology and women's health. He recently helped me successfully market a medical device manufacturing facility in Atlanta and do a market assessment in the sleep surgery space.

Northeast Biomedical, Inc. has provided my projects with engineering, quality and assorted operational support with a flexible, on demand approach. They have helped me transition activities that typically require considerable overhead to a virtual, on-demand model.
